Swim Instructor
Yogi Erickson Sidabutar
Yogi has a passion in keeping everyone safe around water. In 2007, while studying his Master Degree, Yogi conducted a swim survey in Bandung to understand the local community’s swimming abilities.
With a 95% level of confidence, the survey revealed that only 40% of Bandung residents knew how to swim. This insight sparked Yogi’s passion to make a difference—he decided to dedicate himself to teaching both children and adults how to swim, empowering more people to develop this essential life skill.
He believes that it is very important that people of any age learn basic swimming skills because it can help save lives and makes people feel more comfortable around water.
