Swim Program at our Swim School Bali is thoughtfully designed to create a positive and empowering swimming experience for children of all ages. We believe that technical proficiency and water safety are essential, but we also understand the power of fun and excitement in the learning process.
Our certified instructors are experts in nurturing young swimmers, guiding them through the fundamentals of swimming with a focus on technical excellence. We prioritize skill development, helping children master various strokes and techniques to build a strong foundation for their aquatic journey. With personalized attention and patient coaching, our instructors ensure that each child progresses at their own pace, gaining water confidence with every stroke.

Assessment is needed prior to enrollment of the first class to ensures that your child is in the correct level

Beginner Stage
Building kids confidence in the water. Swim reach & pull hand movement 2 meters. 10 count breath control with face on the water & perform 5 count independent back-float
- Age : 3 years and above
- Duration : 40 minutes
- Private 1 on 1 is 200k/person
- Group class max 3 kids is 140k/person

Level 1
Able to swim 3 meters using basic free style hand movement & perform independent rollover breath.
- Age : 3 years and above
- Duration : 40 minutes

Level 2
Able to swim 5 meters using free style hand movement, breathing, basic hand breast stroke & independent sculling.
- Age : 3 years and above
- Duration : 40 minutes

Level 3
Able to swim 10 meters Free Style & 5 meters Breast-Stroke. 10 meters Back-Stroke. Basic Butterfly Stroke

Beginner Stage
The goals : Building kids confidence in the water. Swim reach & pull hand movement 2 meters. 10 count breath control with face on the water & perform 5 count independent back-float.
- Getting Wet – Without support enter the water using a slide in and hold on to the pool edge. With minimal assistance attempt to climb out of the pool.
- Breathing – Independently submerge the face and hold breath. Once breath control is mastered, blow bubble with face fully submerged.
- Going Underwater – With encouragement initiate own submersion and recover securely. Retrieve object from the bottom of the pool in progressively deeper water.
- Staying Afloat – Front and back floating with and without support. Building to 10 seconds’ release.
- Keeping Balance – With assistance rotate the body in a vertical position whilst holding a flotation aid.
- Basic Kick & Arm Actions – Display independent propulsion of kick and paddle. Experience manipulation of the propulsive skills.

Level 1
Able to swim 3 meters using basic free style hand movement & perform independent rollover breath.
- Enter water. Safe exit. Confident and safe entry. Confident and safe exit.
- Exhale in water - Face in. Relaxed and confident exhalation.
- Open eyes under water - Identify an object. Confidence; Ability to clearly identify an object.
- Submerge - Waist deep (minimum). Entire head underwater.
- Glide forward and recover - Waist deep (minimum). Face in the water - exhaling; Near horizontal body position, arms extended in front of the head, recovery to a standing position.
- Float or Glide backward and recover. Near horizontal body position; Recovery to a standing position.

Level 2
Able to swim 5 meters using free style hand movement, breathing, basic hand breast stroke & independent sculling.
- Glide forward and kick 3 meters. Horizontal body position. Face in. Near horizontal body position, face in the water, exhaling. Flutter kick without excessive knee bend.
- Glide Backward, kick and recovery. No set distance. Near horizontal body position, flutter kick without excessive knee bend.
- Freestyle - Swim 5 meters. Face submerged. Flutter kick, Arm recovery clear of the water. Face in water, exhaling.
- Scull/Tread water. Basic hand and leg action. Outward and inward scull, alternating leg action, ability to gain some support.

Level 3
Able to swim 10 meters Free Style & 5 meters Breast-Stroke. 10 meters Back-Stroke. Basic Butterfly Stroke.
- Freestyle - Swim 10m. Breathing. Near horizontal body position; Regular leg action; Regular breathing pattern.
- Glide Backward and kick 5m. Waist deep (minimum). Near horizontal body position; Flutter kick without excessive knee bend.
- Breaststroke hand action - Swim 5m. On back (with kick board). Circular movement of feet; Visible attempt to turn toes.
- Breaststroke leg action - Swim 5m. On front (with kick board). Circular movement of feet; Visible attempt to turn toes.
- Demonstrate survival sculling. On back. Sculling hand action; Flat, relaxed hands; Effective support.
